Mike Gilroy
With experience at every level, from my high school playing days, through my days as a manager for an NCAA Division I varsity men’s program to my time as a high school assistant coach, head JV coach, and assistant women’s coach at an NCAA Division II school, I have acquired the skills and knowledge that are necessary to improving your basketball skills.
I played high school ball locally in Fairfax County, and have many ties to coaches throughout the region. While working at Georgetown University for the men's basketball program, I had the chance to be exposed to some great coaches and resources which has helped me become a better teacher of the game.
I have experience working with both men and women and have also helped work with various AAU programs in the area to help develop individual skills. My love for basketball is the one thing that has always been a constant in my life and has been the driving force for me to start Serious Hoopz Training. I take my basketball seriously. It is my passion, and I know I can help you take your game to the next level.
